Precision machined parts for rail systems
Rail system parts demand long service life and dimensions that do not drift; when the same part is reordered years later, it has to come out to the dimensions of the first batch. We machine aluminium mounting blocks, brackets, connecting bars and shaft-and-joint elements on our machining centres and document them with CMM inspection. Rail profiles, carriage blocks and roller carriages, as well as steel rotating parts such as brake discs, toothed rings and flanged bearing rings, come off the same machines. The black surface coating is applied by an approved supplier; coating thickness is measured and a certificate of conformance is delivered with the parts.
