Materials
Aluminium alloys, carbon steels, stainless steels, titanium, brass, copper. Traceability through material certificates.
We do not machine plastics (POM, PEEK etc.). Plastic components supplied by the customer or made by an approved supplier are assembled with our metal parts in-house and delivered complete.
Surface treatment and assembly
Anodising, plating and painting are carried out by our approved suppliers under our responsibility and guarantee; incoming inspection is done in-house. Assembly is done in our own facility by our own team. The customer receives a complete part from a single source.
Inspection and quality control
Every batch is measured on the CMM. First article inspection (FAI), the PPAP file and, where requested, per-part measurement reports ship with the delivery. The inspection room is air-conditioned and held at 21–22 °C.
