Twenty years of experience, a new beginning in 2025

Our story
An experienced team, a new structure
TRK Makina Mühendislik is a precision parts manufacturer based in the Ostim Organised Industrial Zone in Ankara. The company was founded in 2025, but our team’s machining experience goes back more than 20 years.
Our focus is the part, not the industry. From rail systems to automotive and medical, from machine builders to electronic device makers, we work for any industry that has a drawing; most of our work is contract manufacturing. What our customers have in common is that they demand parts with no room for error: holding the same dimension across thousands of pieces, documenting every part from its material to its surface. We built our machine park, our inspection set-up and our way of working around that expectation.
Our customers come to us with a drawing. We source the material, machine the part on 3- and 5-axis machining centres and CNC lathes, inspect it on the CMM and deliver it with its documents. Surface treatments such as plating, anodising and painting are done by our approved suppliers under our guarantee; assembly is done in our own facility. You receive the finished part from a single source.
Team
Our team of 22 brings together engineers, CNC operators, CAM programmers, quality control and planning staff working in three shifts.

Facility
1,250 m² covered floor, temperature-controlled inspection room
Our facility in Ostim OSB has 1,250 m² of covered floor. The production area runs 7 CNC machining centres and 2 CNC lathes. Inspection takes place in a separate, air-conditioned room held at 21–22 °C so that the CMM’s calibration and the reliability of the measurements are never compromised.

Why TRK Makina
How we work, in eight points
- 1
The right price
Finishing a complex part in one set-up, checking it in our own inspection room and preventing rework from the start keeps costs down. We keep prices in check by reducing scrap, not by cutting quality.
- 2
Certified material
We source aluminium, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass and copper with material certificates. The traceability that industry specifications demand travels with the part.
- 3
From drawing to part
We take your technical drawing or sample, prepare the CAM program and produce the prototype. Any manufacturability risks we see are raised with you before production starts.
- 4
5-axis machining and turning
Five of our seven machining centres are 5-axis; our two CNC lathes finish cross-work in the same set-up thanks to the Y axis and live tooling. No stacking of set-up errors, shorter lead times.
- 5
Measured precision
We don’t promise precision, we measure it. Every batch is checked on a DEA coordinate measuring machine; a per-part measurement report is available on request.
- 6
Planned capacity
Nine CNC machines, three shifts and a team of 22 keep production running 24 hours a day, six days a week; prototype and series work are scheduled side by side. Capacity is committed at the quotation stage.
- 7
Fast turnaround
Running three shifts, prototype parts never wait; for series batches the date in the quotation is the date we keep. Machine load is planned weekly to protect deadlines.
- 8
Regular communication
We keep you informed at order confirmation, material receipt, production and dispatch. When something comes up, you know exactly who to call.
Our vision
To be the first Turkish supplier that comes to mind for any drawn precision part, whatever the industry.
Our values
-
Dimensions hold.
A part outside tolerance is never shipped; the measurement report is the proof.
-
Promises hold.
The delivery date is written in the quotation and does not move. If it ever must, you hear about it first.
-
People stay.
Skilled people are hard to find; we look after our team and help them grow.
-
Always improving.
Every batch teaches us something the last one did not.
Send us your drawing, we’ll come back with a quote.
E-mail your technical drawing or CAD file; we respond as soon as possible with quantity, material and lead time.
